Brigitte Gemme
Brigitte Gemme founded Vegan Family Kitchen to channel her passion for helping more people eat more plants. She loves to empower others to take charge of their health and live in line with their values. She is the author of the zen-inspired book *Flow in the Kitchen: Practices for Healthy Stress-Free Vegan Cooking*. She teaches workshops about plant-based cooking and nutrition, offers a meal planning service, and leads a bi-weekly batch cooking club. She has a PhD in sociology of education and two certificates in plant-based nutrition, and lives in Vancouver (Canada) with her husband and two children.

Dr. Michael Klaper
Dr. Michael Klaper is a gifted clinician, internationally-recognized
teacher, and sought-after speaker on diet and health. He graduated
from the University of Illinois College of Medicine and served a
medical internship at Vancouver General Hospital in British
Columbia, Canada.

Dr. Nicolette Richer
Dr. Nicolette Richer, DSocSci, is a serial entrepreneur, author, plant-based whole food endurance athlete, Chronic Disease Reversal Specialist, podcast host, speaker, and lululemon ambassador. Nicolette is the CEO and Founder of Richer Health Consulting, Green Moustache Organic Cafes, and Sea to Sky Thrivers Society—a group of companies and a charity that's committed to giving back and transforming lives.
A savvy wellness expert, Nicolette has created a multitude of services and programs to reach her mission of teaching 22 million people how to eradicate their chronic diseases using food as medicine by 2030. Over the past 18 years, she’s helped thousands of people reverse their diagnosed chronic diseases using metabolic nutrition, detoxification, and cellular regeneration.

Damaris Hunger
Damaris Hunger, RDN, LD is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist who is passionate about plant-based nutrition. Her focus is helping families transition to a plant-based lifestyle that is sustainable while supporting their individual health goals and honoring cultural foods. An international soul herself who is fluent in Spanish and German and is fourth-generation plant-powered, she has worked with local and international communities to take actionable steps toward their health goals. From being a plant-based chef to a small private school, to giving cooking demos, individually counseling patients, or teaching nutrition classes to youth, she seizes any opportunity to spread hope through nutrition.

Vesanto Melina
Vesanto Melina, MS, Registered Dietitian is co-author of books that have won awards internationally and received star rating by the American Library Association as “the go-to books” on plant-based nutrition. Most recent are Plant-Powered Protein, The Kick Diabetes Cookbook, and Becoming Vegan (Comprehensive and Express Edition) (all co-authored with Registered Dietitian Brenda Davis). Their books are now in 10 languages. Vesanto has taught nutrition at the University of British Columbia and at Seattle’s Bastyr University. She is lead author of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics latest Position Paper on Vegetarian Diets. She is an internationally known speaker (in 14 countries). After a successful career in the corporate world, I followed my passion to become a certified raw food chef and a plant-based nutrition and detox educator.
