1. Event Participation
By registering for our events, summits, presentations, and demonstrations, you agree to:

  • Participate in a respectful manner during sessions and discussions.

  • Not share private session links or materials without permission.

  • Accept that event details are subject to change.

2. Speaker Content Disclaimer
Our events feature multiple expert speakers and presentations. We are not responsible for the accuracy, opinions, or recommendations shared by speakers. The views expressed by each speaker are their own and do not necessarily reflect those of the event host or organizers.

3. Health & Wellness Disclaimer
The Plant Thriving Women’s Movement is not intended to diagnose, advise, or treat any medical condition. All content shared during the events—including presentations, videos, and demonstrations—is for informational and entertainment purposes only and should not be considered medical advice.

If you are taking medication of any kind, you should consult your physician before making any dietary or lifestyle changes. Consuming certain foods may impact your health, particularly if you take medication for diabetes and/or high blood pressure. Failure to monitor your glucose levels and/or blood pressure and adjust your medication as needed could cause serious harm.

4. VIP Membership & Paid Access Terms
If you choose to upgrade to VIP or any paid membership, you will receive exclusive access to recordings, additional content, and coaching benefits. The first month is free, and after that, a monthly fee applies unless canceled.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • The summit and free events are available at no cost to registered attendees.

  • You may cancel VIP membership or paid access anytime.

  • Refunds are only available if you have not accessed the member library, recordings, or exclusive materials.There is no time limit on requesting a refund, but if you have used the content, a refund will not be issued.

6. Intellectual Property
All content shared during the events, including speaker presentations and materials, is protected under copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or share event content without permission.

7. Changes to This Policy
We may update these Terms and the Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page.
