I'M DEBBIE
I believe in a simple yet powerful truth: Eat Real Food, Mostly Plants.
As a nutrition and detox educator, Whole Food Plant-Based (WFPB) advocate, and certified raw food chef, I help people reclaim their vitality through the healing power of food. My journey into plant-based living began over a decade ago, and today, I guide others in making sustainable, life-changing shifts that nourish both body and mind.
I am passionate about empowering individuals—especially high-performing women—to break free from fatigue, chronic disease, and the cycle of unhealthy habits. Through education, coaching, and community, I help people transition to a whole-food, plant-based lifestyle that fuels longevity, energy, and freedom.

MY STORY
From Survival Mode to Thriving
Life has a way of waking us up in unexpected moments. For me, that moment came when my daughter was diagnosed with non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma. It was a devastating reality check—one that made me realize just how fragile our health truly is. It forced me to confront the things we take for granted—like waking up healthy, having energy, and assuming there will always be more time.
But here’s the thing—I wasn’t ready to look at my own health just yet.
At the time, I did what so many women do—I buried myself in work, responsibility, and achievement. I stayed busy being busy, always striving for the next thing, convincing myself that I was “fine.”
It wasn’t until a decade later that my body forced me to pay attention.
I was running on fumes. I suffered from debilitating headaches—so relentless that I relied on codeine painkillers daily just to function. I convinced myself I was managing, yet I was exhausted, depleted, and disconnected from my own well-being. I wasn’t just tired—I was operating in survival mode, ignoring all the warning signs.
And like so many other high-achieving, capable women, I told myself I could power through it.
I thought I was eating "healthy." But in reality, I was addicted to the SOS trio—Sugar, Oil, and Salt, caught in a cycle that was draining me mentally, emotionally, and physically.
Then came the moment that shattered my denial.
At a conference, I listened to John Gray, the renowned author of Men Are from Mars, Women Are from Venus, as he explained the biochemical trap of sugar addiction—how the more we feed our brains sugar, the more it craves. It wasn’t just about willpower. It was a cycle of depletion, and I was stuck in it.
That day, something inside me shifted.
Shortly after, I watched the documentary Fat, Sick & Nearly Dead, and it completely changed my perspective on health and healing. I realized that we don’t have to suffer from chronic disease—that our bodies are capable of healing when given the right conditions. It was the first time I truly understood that food wasn’t just fuel—it was medicine.
With that in mind, on November 1, 2013, I committed to a 60-day reboot, eating only fresh fruits and vegetables. I had no idea how much my body would transform. The headaches disappeared. My energy soared. The mental fog lifted. I finally felt like I was back in control.
I then made a life-changing decision: I fully embraced a plant-based lifestyle. Not as a diet. Not as a trend. But as a way to reclaim my vitality and break free from the burnout trap.
And once I felt that level of energy and clarity, I knew I could never go back.
But this wasn’t just about me.
As a mother of four incredible daughters, I realized that so many brilliant, driven women—leaders in their work, their families, and their communities—were just like me. They were capable, educated, and outwardly successful but still struggling with exhaustion, brain fog, stubborn health issues, and a quiet sense of burnout.
That’s when I knew: this was my mission.
I became a certified raw food chef, a nutrition and detox coach, and a passionate advocate for holistic health—dedicated to helping women step out of survival mode and into a life of energy, clarity, and vitality.
Now, I teach women how to break free from fatigue, chronic stress, and unhealthy cycles so they can thrive—without burnout, without guilt, and without sacrificing their well-being in the process.
Because the truth is, we can’t lead, serve, and show up for others if we’re running on empty.
If my story resonates with you, know this: healing is possible. You don’t have to stay stuck in exhaustion. Vitality is within reach. And it all starts with a single decision.
