Bliss Burrito Bowl Recipe
Ingredients:
1-2 cups black or brown rice
1 can no-salt black beans
1 tablespoon Shake-and-Use Fiesta Spice Blend
Red cabbage, chopped
Sweet bell peppers, chopped
Red onion, chopped
Tomato, chopped
Cilantro for garnish

Rinse the rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
In a saucepan, combine 1 cup of rice with 2 cups of water. Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for about 45 minutes or until the rice is tender and water is absorbed.
Fluff the rice with a fork.

Rinse the rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
Combine 1 cup of rice with 2 cups of water in the rice cooker.
