👩‍🍳 What’s on the Menu?

🌱 1) Garlic Glory Sauce

Inspired by Danielle Arsenault, founder of Pachavega Living Foods Education
A bold, savory dressing with umami notes and a creamy texture

Ingredients:

  • ¾ cup flax oil (instead of olive oil)

  • ½ cup nutritional yeast flakes

  • ¾ cup water

  • ⅓ cup coconut aminos or tamari sauce

  • ⅓ cup apple cider vinegar

  • 2 cloves garlic

  • 2 tbsp tahini

  • ½ tsp pink salt

  • ½ tbsp moringa powder (optional)

Method:
Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender until smooth and creamy.


🥥 2) Creamy Coconut-Cashew Ranch

Your healthy twist on a classic ranch — tangy, herbaceous, and irresistibly creamy.

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup raw cashews (soaked if not using a high-speed blender)

  • ½ cup plain unsweetened coconut yogurt

  • 1–2 tbsp lemon juice

  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

  • 1–2 cloves garlic

  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • 1 tbsp fresh dill (or 1 tsp dried)

  • 1 tbsp parsley (fresh or dried)

  • Water to thin

  • Pinch of salt (optional)

Method:
Blend until creamy. Adjust tang and thickness to taste.

Ingredients:

  • 1–2 roasted beets

  • 1 apple

  • ⅓ cup lemon juice

  • 1 tbsp lemon zest

  • ⅓ cup apple cider vinegar

  • ½ cup flax oil

  • 2 tbsp maple syrup

Method:
Roast or steam beets and apple. Blend all ingredients (including the juice from roasting) until smooth.
