👩🍳 What’s on the Menu?
🌱 1) Garlic Glory Sauce
Inspired by Danielle Arsenault, founder of Pachavega Living Foods Education
A bold, savory dressing with umami notes and a creamy texture
Ingredients:

¾ cup flax oil (instead of olive oil)
-
½ cup nutritional yeast flakes
-
¾ cup water
-
⅓ cup coconut aminos or tamari sauce
-
⅓ cup apple cider vinegar
-
2 cloves garlic
-
2 tbsp tahini
-
½ tsp pink salt
-
½ tbsp moringa powder (optional)
Method:
Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender until smooth and creamy.
🥥 2) Creamy Coconut-Cashew Ranch
Your healthy twist on a classic ranch — tangy, herbaceous, and irresistibly creamy.
Ingredients:

½ cup raw cashews (soaked if not using a high-speed blender)

½ cup plain unsweetened coconut yogurt
-
1–2 tbsp lemon juice
-
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
-
1–2 cloves garlic
-
1 tsp onion powder
-
1 tbsp fresh dill (or 1 tsp dried)
-
1 tbsp parsley (fresh or dried)
-
Water to thin
-
Pinch of salt (optional)
Method:
Blend until creamy. Adjust tang and thickness to taste.

1–2 roasted beets

1 apple

⅓ cup lemon juice

1 tbsp lemon zest
-
⅓ cup apple cider vinegar

½ cup flax oil
-
2 tbsp maple syrup
Method:
Roast or steam beets and apple. Blend all ingredients (including the juice from roasting) until smooth.
