Fountain of Youth Smoothie

 

Smoothie Ingredients

1/2 ripe banana

1/2 cup or a handful of mixed berries (eg. raspberries, blueberries, strawberries, blackberries)

1 cup spring water

2 tbsp hemp hearts

1 tbsp raw cacao powder

1 tsp cinnamon

1/2 tsp cardamon

1 cup or a large handful of baby spinach

Optional Ingredients

If you want more sweetness to taste add 1 to 2 medjool dates (soak in spring water to soften and you can use the soaking water in place of the spring water)

Add a tbsp coconut oil to enhance the taste and increase the calories
