🍯 Blender Caramel (Vegan Date Caramel) Recipe
A luscious, dairy-free caramel made from whole foods—sweet, creamy, and totally crave-worthy!
📝 Ingredients:

½ cup full-fat coconut milk (from a can)

1 cup Medjool dates, pitted and soaked for at least 1 hour

1 tbsp cinnamon

½ to 1 tsp vanilla extract

Pinch of pink Himalayan salt (adjust to taste)
🌀 Instructions:

Add all ingredients to your blender, starting with the coconut milk.

Blend until smooth and creamy. Add a little more coconut milk if you prefer a thinner consistency.

Taste and adjust cinnamon, vanilla, or salt as needed.

Store in a glass jar in the fridge for up to 1 week.
