🥤 Strawberry Banana Smoothie

🍓 Ingredients

1/2 ripe banana

1 cup strawberries (fresh or frozen)

1 cup or more romaine lettuce (2 - 3 leaves chopped)

1 tbsp almond or cashew butter

1 tbsp hemp hearts or ground flaxseed (optional)

1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional)

1 cup oat milk or water
🌀 Instructions
Blend all ingredients until smooth and creamy. Add more liquid to adjust texture.

(Raw, Refreshing, Alkalizing)
🥗 Ingredients

4 ripe tomatoes

1 cucumber

1 red bell pepper

1 clove garlic (optional)

Juice of 1 lemon or lime

2 tbsp ground flaxseed or 3 tbsp hemp hearts

1/4 cup chopped parsley or cilantro

1/2 cup water (adjust as needed)

Optional: pinch of cumin or 1/2 apple for a sweet twist
🌀 Instructions
Roughly chop everything and blend until smooth. Chill before serving, or enjoy right away for a fresh, zesty bowl of raw veggie goodness.
