🥤 Strawberry Banana Smoothie

(Low-Oxalate, Gut-Loving, Energy-Boosting)

🍓 Ingredients

  • 1/2 ripe banana

  • 1 cup strawberries (fresh or frozen)

  • 1 cup or more romaine lettuce (2 - 3 leaves chopped)

  • 1 tbsp almond or cashew butter

  • 1 tbsp hemp hearts or ground flaxseed (optional)

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional)

  • 1 cup oat milk or water

🌀 Instructions
Blend all ingredients until smooth and creamy. Add more liquid to adjust texture.

🍅 Glorious Gazpacho

(Raw, Refreshing, Alkalizing)

🥗 Ingredients

  • 4 ripe tomatoes

  • 1 cucumber

  • 1 red bell pepper

  • 1 clove garlic (optional)

  • Juice of 1 lemon or lime

  • 2 tbsp ground flaxseed or 3 tbsp hemp hearts

  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley or cilantro

  • 1/2 cup water (adjust as needed)

  • Optional: pinch of cumin or 1/2 apple for a sweet twist

🌀 Instructions
Roughly chop everything and blend until smooth. Chill before serving, or enjoy right away for a fresh, zesty bowl of raw veggie goodness.

🥄 Optional toppings:
Diced cucumber, fresh herbs, a swirl of avocado purée, or even a few flax crackers on the side.
