βœ… Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions:

2️⃣ Dump everything into a large potβ€”veggies, canned tomatoes, broth/water, and spices.
3️⃣ Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer for 45 min to 2 hours until veggies are soft and flavors are blended.
